Staff telling us wrong directions for happy hour and we ended up on 34trh floor instead of lobby, where we had to pay for nibbles unexpectedly

Very quite hotel...i like the internal design....the lobby was fantastic........the reception people were so kind with smile upon their faces whiche really makes you eager to come back to the hotel again....
actually the TV channel needs more expantion especially sports channel and some music channels too......and the only thing i didn't like in the hotel was the TV which was an old one....i think its better to be replaced by a new models to be in convinience with hotel luxury
The friendliest staff ever with a constant cleaning and greeting with asmile. Impressive 42" lcd in the living room but no soccer channels formajor matches except for nba channel. Amazing bathroom and cozyfurniture. Mini bar is satisfying and has everything you need. Food isfine except for pax Italian restaurant which was the worst I've everhad, deserts aren't that spectacular.
The bottled water in the room which are free of charge are of the worstkind, tasted salty, odd and caused stomach ache, I had to keep orderingEvian bottles.No napkins (tissues) in the room, only in the bathroom.Trash buckets are only in the bedroom and bathroom and none in theliving room. Gym was fair and small with limited equipments and no saunaor steam room. The pool on the roof is amazing

NOTHING Lack of professionalism, front office refuse to open for me the mini bar and to put any expenses on my room because I do not have a credit card. I had with me a saudi debit card with enough money on it to buy the hotel but no you should have a credit card. I was really exciting to come here because I want to try dusit but I guess it will be the last time...in dubai for sure.
Champagne bar so disapointed. No too much customers in the hotel and the employee (front office) will not do anything to make your journey agreable. I had a meeting with a customer at the bar and right after the waitress run after after me (in front of my customer) to asked me to pay the note in cash because cannot be charge on the room.
took me 40 minutes to check out, they double charge me on my visa card,u have to call the room service 3-4 times for 1 inquiry.
it was the worst ever, i dont knwo how they call it 5 start hotel for me i wont give them mroe than 3 start .. there employees are rude in away that grapg my nerve all the time and i never been in a 5 stars hotel where the restroom roof is broke .. i did not like the hotel at all and i wont recomend it to any one,, it is one of the wores hotel ever and their stuff are really rude
