  The Hotel was perfect. Located 10 minutes stroll to York Centre. Hotel itself was of a very high standard. Staff were very friendly. I would recommend eating in the restaurant.   Très bon accueil- Chambre familiale à bon tarif - The staff were amazing, so helpful,polite. The breakfast was greatplenty of choice and the full english was cooked perfectly. - Friendliness of the owners, plus the quietness of the vicinity.

  The new managers had just taken over and had many issues to deal with. They made us feel very welcome and accomodated our needs well. The hotel needs some TLC but is comfortable and the rooms were adequate for the price.
