Very polite, friendly and helpful family run guest house. Free wifi and availability to pay for off road parking very helpful. It was quiet. Excellent location for anybody needing Twickenham Stadium. Easy to get to Richmond and to Waterloo. -

Have used this hotel many times over the years as a stopover while attending local meetings. As always the room was very clean and well presented. The bed was huge. Check-in and out was very easy and the staff polite and business-like. Although I ate at the excellent Café Venice in Whitton - the best Italian in the area - there is a very good res

we stayed for 4 nights and was made very welcome all the staff were friendly polite and eager to please. The resturant was very pleasent spotless clean and more than enough choice.We also dined of an evening the food was excellent well presented and the chef was superb.Would like to recommend chef for the lovely very well priced food. Excellent value.Would certainly be visiting again.

I like the fact that check in was effortless, we had just had a long stressful journey and when we got to the hotel everything fell into place. Excellent service, very clean and well kept hotel. The facilities were
exceptional the beds were nicely made and the most comfortable beds we
have used during a stay. The breakfast was fresh, hot and varied with a
very good standard of cleanliness. We had asked if the hotel could do
anything for my husband as it was his 40th Birthday....they very kindly
put a couple of treats in the room for no charge. The receptionist
explained the hotel thoroughly and we would honestly stay here again and

Fab staff and breakfast next door was superb (although could have been
included in the price). Very clean and main bed very comfy. Above all,
the staff made it very pleasant and were lovely with our daughters.

The hotel was excellent, I had dinner in the restaurant which was
brill, and breakfast was great too. The room was very elegant, and
provided all the extras. The location of the hotel is brilliant, it
took us around 30 minutes to get right into the center of London
(oxford circus) so it was nice to relax and get away from the business
when we came back to the hotel.

The hotel was a big surprise did not expect it to be so nice. The staff were realy friendly and helpfull it was a delight to stay there and would do so again - . In centre of town. Excellent bar and restaurant reasonably priced and serving late. Staff very friendly and helpful.
