  The manager, Chris Gilbert, was excellent. Great customer service, very friendly and remembered why we were staying there.   Good freshly decorated room,real ale,superb breakfast with quality ingredients,friendly staff.Good attempt at combining a restaurant whilst preserving a separate bar of character - the bar and staff good food nice real ales local people all very nice great live music at weekend .nice country pub. handy for the Cotswolds. great to chill out.

  What a lovely find! The house has been created beautifully, a lovely home set in stunning countryside with views of the Malvern Hills. We spent our evenings sat in the cosy guest sitting room with a roaring fire, cup of tea and cake and later on a lovely country walk to the village pub for food. The breakfasts were exquisite. The room was beautifully decorated just like the rest of - A genuine friendly welcome, king size comfy bed, big fluffy towels to use after the super duper shower and the best breakfast ever to start the day. Would definitely stay again and recommend to all friends and family.
