The Hotel Receptionist and other staff were very friendly. I booked a executive room which was a good size and had a nice big bed, the room was no. 4, I would recommend it, it had a nice outlook, I cannot comment on std rooms. The Hotel is clean and very ideally located next to the airport which is why I stopped here, for the price it was a really good find. Would recommend this hotel to anyone catching a train or flight out of Birmingham international as although it is next door to the train station, airport, NEC and a busy road you couldn't hear much noise when the wi

staying at the Hilton, but the Ramada's location was so much
better!! Easy to get to/from the train station, nec centre etc. I
was so happy with it, it exceeded my expectations by miles! And such

We were upgraded to a luxury suite because our original room smelt dampdue to a large wet patch on the floor....this was dealt with politelyand efficiently and seemed unknown to the reception staff but thecleaning staff must have been aware. my friend and i stayed overnight before leaving on a holiday. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were going to go into the airport for an evening meal but having looked at the menu we decided to stay in. Both of us enjoyed the food which was of a very good quality.
The room we had booked was a twin room and was not at all cramped.

Good location, ideal base for our visit to the lg Arena to see Meatloaf.
After the conceret, we were looking for somewhere to eat and were
pleasantly surprised at what was available at the hotel at such a late
time, 11:20pm. We were even more surprised at the quality of the food
that was provided, really tasty and extremely well presented.....and
also great value. The lager also....£3.10 A pint.....30p cheaper than my
local! Getting to the lg Arena was alos a doddle tahnks to the monorail

the hotel was built on the back of a pub which was very reasonable and food very good,and the rooms were very good massive bed,flat screen tele plenty of room - Good Food, Good Beer, Friendly Staff and an excellent atmosphere.
