All of it, the welcome on arrival, very clean room, the bed was the most comfortable I've used. Staff second to none.....Would certainly go again :-) Excellent !!! - Excellent staff. From the minute we checked in, the service was friendly, polite, simply wonderful. We booked a better room (3 stories) which felt like a mini hideaway with the bathroom spread over one floor with the most delectable products. The bed and bedding was Devine and hard to leave! Dinner that evening also surpassed our expectations and the crab bisque was one of the best I've ever had. Truly the best break from London imaginable and we can't wait to go back!

the amenities that anyone could wish for whilst on holiday or on
