This is how a hotel should be, room service, polite and helpful staff, clean, comfortable and tasteful decore. The breakfast was amazing too- huge choice in a buffet style- but with a waitress bringing you fresh toast and tea or coffee. I would make this a 4 star + at least.for an extra £15 per night you can upgrade to their top room - excellent

Stayed here after Premier Inn was full, so glad we did! Only staayed a night, reception were really friendly, Breakfast is excellent, large family room for myself and a friend, great location with plenty of parking, just 5 minutes into Brentwood. Great stay would definitely stay again!

What a pleasant surprise. We booked this hotel because it had an offer "Best deal" and needed an overnight stay at Stansted. Even though the hotel is ideally situated close to the airport and the M4 no noise could be heard. I was here to attend a wedding a few miles away and so none of your above categories fit at all so I had to pick a box and chose mountains as this is the most unsuitable.The staff were very helpful and although I arrived before official check in time I( was able to check in straightaway. It was a hot day but the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly.The helpful receptionist phoned for a taxi for me.
