Loved the friendly atmosphere from the moment me and my partner checked
in. Very comfy beds. Very clean all over the establishment. Beautiful
views. Breakfast was lovely cooked and I got the feeling nothing was too
much trouble to ensure you had the best possible stay. 100% only place I
will ever stay whilst in Ilfracombe.

I thought the hotel was superb. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was exelent. I also liked the fact that the front door was locked at all times but every quest was given a key - The friendliness of the staff. They were very obliging, and gave us good information.

I booked a one week stay, B&B in a single room hoping for a relaxing
holiday after a busy few months at work. On arrival check in was easy

There were excellent facilities at the hotel (swimming pool, games area etc) and plenty to keep our children occupied. The rooms were very clean and well serviced and the hotel is in a great location, near to Torquay town and beach, but in a quiet area. -

I liked the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym. My wife was also impressed with the spa treatments.

The reception was very welcoming and warm when we arrived. The food was good, we didn't have to wait long for it. The spa was wonderful and the fact that you could walk all around the complex without going outside, really appealed

I liked everything, they were very welcoming and as I was travelling alone I felt very relaxed there. The room was large and comfy and the dining room was most welcoming. I only had breakfast at the hotel but this was very nice. - Very friendly and service was excellent. All the facilities were excellent and the hotel was in a good location.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and nothing was to muchtrouble. Can definately recommend it to others, the rooms were brightand spotlessly clean and the breakfast excellent. Conveniently situated just a few miles after leaving the M5 "Brambles" was easy to find with the directions provided by the owners and waking up to the peace and quiet in a beautiful country side setting was wonderful. Really clean comfortable accommodation with little extras that aren't always provided by other B&Bs. Excellent breakfast!!

A really cosy, relaxing place to stay, a great alternative to the impersonal hotel chains. This place is immaculately decorated, and everything for a comfortable stay is included, i.e. Tea, Coffee, Biscuits, Toiletries. Full English breakfast is cooked to order, a perfect start to the day.
