As soon as you arrive you get a friendly face welcoming you and they are so helpful. The pool was brilliant and clean. The room was wonderfully warm as we stayed at an extremely cold point of the year, the ice was so thick it looked more like heavy snow in most places...I would definately go back there. - Susan
