  The location was close enough to shops and restaurants, and a long walk or quick bus ride into downtown. It was clean and comfortable and although the hosts/employees were on the shy and quiet side, they did a great job and were friendly.   The staff at Becket was welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable and the place felt private and familiar yet was right in the thick of Oxford. Breakfast was delicious and Marie was incredibly helpful and accommodating. My room was spacious, well equipped with the basic stuff (like hangers and drawers) often lacking in budget places, and the staff were friendly and efficient.
