Excellent location and in excellent condition... I'm definitely going to stay here again.... Excellent if travelling with a group of 4-6 people!!! A home away from home!!!. more relaxing than a hotel with plenty of space.the appartment was all we could wish for and more. very clean and comfortable with everything we could possibly need. would have loved to have been able to stay longer.tous commentaires »
I liked being right in the middle of Manchester and having the freedom to wander around the appartment without feeling cramped. Given free upgrade to Penthouse suite. Lovely luxurious surroundings.Very tranquil too!. the small thoughts - food items, quality of linen and towels. Excellent facilities and flexibility of an apartment. Weather was not good so we took advantage of staying in the apartment. a lot more room than just staying in a hotel. Lots of space and very comfortable. kitchen dining facilities. good location.Beautiful apartment, great location. Spacious apartment, well provisioned. Central location. The location is good for exploring Manchester. The reception was about 1/2 mile from the apartment and difficult to find. The appartments are too hot. I have stayed there three times now and it gets really uncomfortable. If you open the balcony doors you can't hear yourself think because of the trains; if you keep them closed you sweat buckets. I wouldn't book in the summer for this reason alone. It's a shame because everything else is just what I want in a home away from home. Slightly confusing how to access apartment from car park esp. Afterlong drive. Complicated process for gaining access - backwards and forwards to new Reception, Concierge, garage etc. If we hadn't had a car it wiuld have been a nightmare. Broken curtain track in lounge. No aircon - too hot (heating had been left on full - too few windows opened. Checking-in system not great; check-in closes at 8pm, after which you have to arrange for someone to meet you. It was difficult for us to know exactly when we would be arriving and we ended up feeling bad about making someone wait for ages for us!. could not get air con to work. Bedroom looking into central atrium too light at night. Glasses on the table were all dirty with lip stick marks. The curtain fell down but other than that everything was great. A lot of things in the room were inoperable and the staff let themselves into my room unannounced at 11.30pm which I was not pleased about.

- Enter Manchester following for the A57 (M) Mancunian Way ring road.
- When on this road take the exit for A5103 heading into the city centre on Medlock Street.
- Follow Medlock Street until its junction with Whitworth Street.
- Turn right at the junction, you will now have viaducts on your right.
- At this junction our reception office can be found on the left hand side before the bridge.
- Key collection is from 15:00 until 20:00, please call to make arrangements if you are going to arrive later than this.
