Everything about the Charlotte Street Hotel impressed us - the hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, the staff were excellent, and the room was perfect.

The interior design, the exceptional standard of cleanliness, high quality food/drinks and range of food and drinks available. The nice small touches personalised hand written welcome card and gifts, washroom accessories, mini bar facilities, honesty bar, the staff. The list is endless this was the most wonderful place to stay in the UK if you want a city break.

Great location.
Great building, fab public areas. Terrific bedroom, particularly the large windows (room 308), deeply comfortable bed and great room decor. Great breakfast, Bloody Mary and lunch menu. Funky feel to the hotel, but with real comfort, style and atmosphere. Friendly staff. -

Great location close to everything the city has to offer yet nestled in a nice village setting. Friendly staff who welcome feedback. The staff was very helpful and warm , enjoyed our 5 day stay. In the center of many things close to the theater , museums , Buckingham palace, Albert and Victoria Museum, Natural Science, Winston Churchill's War Rooms, Big Ben ,Parliament, Westminster Abbey etc. walked everywhere no cab required. -

Although a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge, there is such a friendly and helpful attitude amongst all the staff. The location is excellent, in a beautiful, quiet street, yet 2 minutes from Harrods. The interior design in the guest rooms and public rooms is pure luxury. This hotel is nothing short of perfect.

Enjoyed staying here and would do so again! Very modern and the staff exceptionally friendly! Always willing to help and make our stay comfortable! The concierge had amazing suggestions for restaurants and walks - we followed his ideas and had a wonderful time. Would love to come and back and definitely would stay at this hotel!
