La situation de l'hôtel à un centaine de mètres du métro et des commerces.

Les travaux en cours assez bruyants et la taille des chambres (toujours aussi petites) ainsi que l'absence de chauffage central (la climatisation est bruyante)

Unobtrusive but helpful and friendly service. The room was small, but entirely adequate and well equipped. Comfortable bed and good shower. Very convenient to Gloucester Road tube station.

Only three minor points to mention: the continental breakfast was not good value for money; the supplementary heating was efficient, but linked to the air conditioning system and so a little noisy; and there wasn't quite enough vertical space in the wardrobe for suits to hang freely.

I sent two elderly aunts on this trip and they had a wonderful time. Staff were friendly, respectful and courteous. So, thank you.

We particularly liked the front desk staff. They were cosistently nice, friendly, and very helpful. I also enjoyed our room 304 view of the gardens below. It added a sense of space to the very small room. houses

Being from North America, I found the room very small. However, its smart, stylish decorating scheme along with the top notch bathroom made up for the lack of space.

The staff remembered me from my visit 2 months ago and were very friendly and helpful. I enquired about other times I wanted to stay and they immediately checked their computer for space. They also wanted to see which room I preferred for next time. Very efficient and very helpful.

The location is excellent. Very close (2 min. walk) to Gloucestor Tube Station, pub, Starbucks and pastry shop (for breakfast). Very nice area of London and accessible (via Tube) to all sights.

The room is very small, however, it had everything we required and would not hesitate to stay there again. Very clean and had all the amenities. The staff very very helpful and friendly.

I liked the location of the hotel to the tube station and with plenty of shops,restaurants and museums nearby.

I didn't like the fact that i wasn't informed that there was construction work been carried out on the hotel. We were greeted with scaffolding upon our arrival and while trying to settle in to our room we could hear loud drilling noise, but this was on the Friday and no noise friday evening or rest of weekend. But still would have liked to be informed of works been carried out.

the hotel is clean and have a ' strategic location. Love the ambience

The temperature in the room is freezing, the management needs to re look on it. This is the only part that makes me uncmfortable, apart from that the rest are excellent. I might come this year again during winter but experiencing cold remperature in the room makes me re think. Please do something. I have informed teh staff during my stay but nothing can be done..

Just across the road from Gloucester Rd tube so no need to carry our bags a long way. Despite the room being on Cromwell Rd there was hardly any traffic noise due to efficient triple glazing. Good shower, comfortable bed, nice people. Convenient for the Albert Hall. We'd stay there again.

The location of the hotel is excellent, so close to tube station making it really easy to get around. Also the rooms were nicely finished modern and clean if a bit on the small side. Staff were reasonably friendly and helpful.

The room although very nicley decorated and clean was very small and the only window was so tiny and it could not be opened which made the room feel a bit more like a cabin on a ship.

Location - close to tube station. The room that I was changed for was pretty much better. Clean, bed very comfortable, everything new (especially in the bathroom).

I had to change the room because the one I was given first was in lower groun floor and had a small window which was painted from outside and it was not supposed to be open, so the first night was a real horror - no fresh air at all and no day light in the morning! It is impossible to think that a human being could spend a week (which I had booked in advance) in such room. Breakfast was very poor.

The staff were brilliant....nothing was too much trouble.

Bar was rubbish. extortionately priced and staff did not know what the drinks were or that a double would be two drinks in one glass, not two glasses. Nothing to eat when we got back from the show at 11.30 except nuts and mars bars.

Closeness to the tube station and food stores.

The rooms were very tight/small. Not enough room to move around.The beds was very big as compared to the room size. Not meals are provided and poor breakfast menu.

It was close to the Royal Albert Hall which is what I needed.

Tow points - 1. The loud noise of the traffic all through the night even though I specified a quiet room. 2.The staff booked a taxi for our return to Kings Cross and I specifically asked if it was a black cab. They assured me it was but we got charged £24.00 fixed price (instead of the incoming journey £10.80). It was not a black cab and I believe the staff were getting a rake off of this charge!

It was the worst nights stay we have ever experienced staying in London. Absolutely shocking - we were kept awake the whole night by extremely noisy occupants in the corridor we were staying on - they clearly had a number of prostitutes in their rooms - running from room to room - it was most distressing and at the time we didn't call reception as we thought that by the sounds of the men they wer

Breakfast hot food was cold.When we arrived they only had us booked in for one night when I had booked for 2. Fortunately had copy of booking with me. Room like a cupboard - no room to move. Room not cleaned when we returned after being out - in fact key did not operate room .had to go to reception to have this reactivated. Also room in basement with piles of dirty linen in corridor. Rubbish.
