Closely situtated near to the beachfront, shops, bars and restaurants. We were met by the owner who was a very friendly man. The hotel was lovely and clean and very nicely presented. We were shown to our room which was a lovely double bed.( My husband had booked this for me so I did not have to stay in our house while plumbers were working there). debbie and steve were very helpful and friendly, bryn derwen was about a 5 min walk to all local attractions yet we were away from the noise of a busy town.the rooms were spotless and very comfy. -

The hotel is well located on the promenade and close to the shops and Great Orme.
We had a twin room (38) at the rear. It was well appointed and although there was not a great deal of space it was certanly adequate. The furniture was of good quality as was the decor.
The bathroom was not large but modern and clean.
The hotel's public rooms and restaurant were of a good standard.
The breakfast was excellent.
I would certainly reccomend the hotel and would happily stay there again.

The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were well equipped with Molton Brown toiletries which is always a bonus. Nice corner bath too.
A few of us dined in the restaurant Sunday. Food very good as was the extensive wine list. The staff and owner were very friendly so will definitely return again.

I was suprised to have a hot tub in the room that was a good treat. The beds where very comftable and the food was really good quality and very tasty! We will be staying there again. - everything is wonderful, the location, the room, the facilities and the staffs. we would definitely be going back to visit llandudno and stay at this lovely hotel.

Room had a lovely sea view and close to town and was walking distance to Orme and tram ride to summit. Weather was beautiful and a lot going on with the Victorian Extravaganza weekend.
