Good nicely cooked breakfast with good quality bacon sausage and free range eggs to last you well through morning, cereal, orange juice and toast was also provided along with ample tea or coffee. Friendly hosts, very near to both shops and beach, on street parking permit was provided.

breakfasts were great and plenty of it. Rooms very clean and crisp white bedding. the front garden beautiful with all the flowers, time and effort gone into it. I would recommend
this hotel to anyone and would stay again.

Amazing welcome! The lovely helpful man on reception addressed me by my name as I walked in and couldn't be more helpful! Perfect seafront location and a few minutes walk away from where I was working at the Venue Cymru for the weekend. Free parking and a lift down to the car park was helpful. Room had a lovely sea view and close to town and was walking distance to Orme and tram ride to summit. Weather was beautiful and a lot going on with the Victorian Extravaganza weekend. Breakfast was adequate and staff were attentive.The new owners having been there for only six months were striving to improve hotel and with the refurbishments they have done have improved the presentation immensley. It is an ideal hotel for disabled persons who we noted were on lower floors with room for thier

This time we only stayed one night,the Proprieters where so helpful and

The owner, his wife and other staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to advise us on places to go, eat, etc.
The hotel was central to the town and away from the beach front which meant that it wasn't as busy or noisy as other hotels.
We particularly like LLandudno as it was full of independent shops, different from main towns.
