The hotel located in old, but renvated Victorian house, offers quite tiny, but very comfortable rooms.
Very comfortable beds, clean room, basic bathroom, flat tv, hairdryer, kettle with coffee and tea set, small safe. WiFi easily accessible. All arranged by very friendly staff. Rooms refreshed every day ( we stayed 3 nights ).

Try fruits for dessert , esecially smak apples really dese - I was there for the London Book Fair in 2013. It was a very nice place to stay at with a good breakfast in the morning. Very close to the event center which made it easy. Additionally they set me up with a very nice taxi back to the airport that was very reasonable compared to the prices around town. Very nice guys running the place, they really go out of their way to make your stay a nice one.

Friendly staff, nice big bed with pure white linen. Lovely clean en suite with piping hot water. Television, coffee and tea making facilities, nice white towels and in a very good location for earls court and olympia (about 15 mins).
Breakfast consisted of orange juice, tea coffee, cereals ,cheese ,ham croissant, toast and jam and yogurt. Would definitely stay here again and free wifi!

The best hotel I have stayed so far in London.
This is my second stay at this hotel and it won't be my last.
This hotel is in the Bayswater section of London which is my favourite area of London just a short walk from 2 underground stations (Bayswater and Queensway), and 400 mts from the Hyde Park´s north entrance.

Good value for money. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet offered a big variety and the food was excellent.
But what makes the real difference to similar places in this price range is the cheerfulness of the staff, be it at the front desk or in the breakfast room. They really made me feel at home. Especially Alba and Daniela can make your day just with a smile.

Nous avions réservé le studio puisque plusieurs commentairesmentionnaient la petitesse des chambre. Studio super, très propre.Plutôt pour jeune couple parce que la salle de bains est petite (maisrénovée)et il se se trouve au dernier étage (à monter à pied). C'étaitvraiment agréable d'avoir un studio à London. Juste à côté du métro(Earl's Court). -

Great location, the children loved the spa bath and tv in the bathroom.
We were given a late check out and when my son left a valuable item in
the apartment, a member if staff went and got it and secured it until it
