  Il n'y a rien à dire, l'hôtel est idéalement situé, quand au personnel des personnes vraiment charmantes. Au niveau des chambres il ne manque rien et question propreté rien à redire. D'ailleurs l'hotel vous garantit une bonne nuit ou elle vous rembourse..., c'est tout dire... et le petit déjeuner pour 7£5 est vraiment complet, continental, anglais,... ce que les gens disent » céreales, fruits, etc.... - Le calme, le confort, les couleurs, les commodites de la chambre, sa proximite de deux stations de metro et de la gare de King's Cross

  L'accueil est très chaleureux, personnel très à l'écoute. La chambre était très bien, salle de bain en parfait état, très propre. La situation de l'hôtel est exceptionnelle, à deux pas de Oxford Street.   very good location, nearest tube station only minutes away.hotel was very well presented there is ample car parking and it's outside congestion zone. we parked car for over 24 hrs for £14 which although high was better than the thought of driving into london city and trying to find space or using a nearer hotel to our theatre, having to pay the cha... ce que les gens disent » rge and putting car into multi story. the hotel room was spotless, the food was very good although some items were not availible, the breakfast was ex - Room was on the ground floor. Although it was a room for disabled there was no feeling of being in a room for people with special needs. In fact the room was large, the bed was comfortable and we would stay there again. The heating system didn't work but on mentioning it to reception an electric heater appeared within minutes. Excellent position and we enjoyed the walk up the high street.

Located in the heart of Hampstead, it's an ideal base for visitors to London who prefer to stay close but not in the centre.
