  Appartement très bien situé, très spacieux - Our accommodation was actually a townhouse over 3 storeys just yards offthe royal mile. It was fantastic-clean and well equipped and would nothesitate to recommend it. In fact we plan to use it again very soon. Very good self catering facilities. The flat was provided with clean towels and hair dryers for each room. It even had sky tv. Walking distance to royal mile and the castle. The staff was very attentive and courteous. Enjoyed the stay, I would highly recommend.

  The apartment was very comfortable, quiet and well located near the train station and the city center. The neighborhood appeared friendly and safe. There are many shops just a short walk away. It was also easily accessible, even for my dad who has reduced mobility. The apartment is equipped well enough for cooking a meal. The staff is friendly, it's within easy walking distance of the tourist area and Waverly station, and the breakfast is outstanding! I had a top-floor room this time, which actually had a pretty good view. I highly recommend this hotel.

  The service from the female host was perfect! The host was really happy every so it brought us really good mood! The breakfast was good and rich! Tasty as well! The room was clean! The garden view from window was brilliant. The place is great as well. Strongly recommend! - Paul and Deborah were excellent hosts - very friendly and informative. The room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping was excellent. Room including breakfast was a real bonus. The hotel is in a quiet area but still only a short walk to city centre. I have already recommended staying at Abbey Hotel to my work colleagues.
