I informed the owners of my arrival time which was after their cut off, but they were there to greet us with a map of the city and some extra local tips.(other reviews suggest being left stranded by the owners, I would suggest these people didn't inform them of late arrival!) The friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble. The
breakfasts were amazing especially the scrambled egg! It was great to be
able to leave the car parked for our stay and walk to everything. We
also found the information folder very useful. Loved all the photos of
York around the place and Zoe was really helpful with advice on where to
go and places to see. We also loved the smell of the bread baking for
breakfast which we woke up to each morning. My wife and I both enjoyed

Freindly, welcoming and helpful staff. Delicious lemon cake as welcome in our room! Location was excellent, close to city walls, York Minster and shopping! Great that we could leave car parked there for our last day! Breakfast was perfect start to the day! Overall great place to stay! Would definately stay there again and recommend! -

The room was decorated to a high standard and was modern and fresh looking. Staff were very welcoming. The food was excellent and plentiful. The location was ideally situated for both the city centre and the railway station. Would definitely recommend based on our stay and will be back on our next visit.
