  Friendly, helpful staff. Location just round the corner from Paddington made getting into London very easy. Despite our room not having a fridge, staff were very happy to store food in their fridge which meant our packed lunch and baby food stayed fresh and useful for our entire stay. - This hotel was in an excellent location - a stone's throw ... ce que les gens disent » from Paddington station.   Margo and Lucas were very helpful in every way possible to ensure our visit was special. You are very lucky to have them working for you because they obviously like people and take their job very seriously. They were professional and also very friendly, and great at helping us feel welcome and comfortable at Europa House...and in London.   The staff were all very helpful especially the lady on reception. I came with my Dad and his mobility is limited but nothing was to much trouble. Fortunately he had a room on the ground floor. This was very helpful for him. I want to thank you for doing that.   The staff were very welcoming & the room was clean & very comfortable. I really liked the fact that there were proper ceramic cups to have tea or coffee with in the rooms, as so many hotels only provide paper ones & importantly for me, there were 8 little milk cartons, as opposed to the usual 1 per person. The sta - We liked that we could have a family room with five beds which saved us having to book 2 rooms in other hotels. The staff were accomodating and friendly. The breakfast was good and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We also liked that they looked after our luggage when we checked out so we could enjoy another day in London without having to take our suitcases with us. Overall excellent value for money, ideally situated for Paddington station, around the corner there is a tour bus stop,
