  Rob and Vicky made us feel welcome from the minute we made the booking, they were able to provide information that made our travel arrangements work better. Handy for Princes Street, Usher Hall, theatres and cinemas, but quiet too. Shops and restaurants nearby. Secure basement parking on site. Comfortable beds. Nice views of castle to rear and canal basin from lounge. Communal lobby and lift were clean too.

The location is excellent with very regular buses taking you to the city centre and sights. I'd like to stay longer to interact with them. Definitely I'll came again.

  Everything about this place was great. It is student housing which gives you the feel of communal living with the option of having your own room if you want quiet time. My family and I loved it. Staff was wonderful, location was great and it was very clean. Another nice thing was the grocery store right around the corner, super handy. The bed was comfortable with nice white cotton bed-linen. We stayed for 3 nights for the Festival and found it ideal to be so near everything + able to make tea etc.. in between shows!
