  Well situated and comfortable hotel; friendly personnel. - Excellent rapport qualité prix. L'hôtel a été refait récemment, donctrès bon état général. Hôtel design (c'est la marque de fabrique de lachaîne) et très bien situé pour rayonné partout dans Londres (station demétro et de bus à proximité, etc). Bref, à recommander.

Five star hotel - I was very concerned as I had read few reviews about the location. I think location vise it on one of the best find, few minutes from my favorite haunt Blue Bird on the Kings Road. Locations is more than offset by unimaginable luxury of the rooms and the size of the corridors, immense public areas for a small hotel likes this added character and class to our entire stay. Very few hotels attract me to stay two evenings in a row for food and spa, this definitely did, will stay in future.

  This hotel was lovely. I had read reviews and was a bit worried about what people were saying.. For those of you wanting to book, please take my opinion as it is extremely reasonable. If you want huge rooms, pay more and stay in a five star hotel and stop complaining! Maybe they should lose som - Friendly staff, nice big bed with pure white linen. Lovely clean en suite with piping hot water. Television, coffee and tea making facilities, nice white towels and in a very good location for earls court and olympia (about 15 mins). Breakfast consisted of orange juice, tea coffee, cereals ,cheese ,ham croissant, toast and jam and yogurt. Would definitely stay here again and free wifi!

  The service from each and every member of staff I spoken with was impeccable along with a real friendliness and happy attitude. The location is walking distance from Victoria Station and very convenient. Being a Muslim, we were happy to find an Asian store in Upper Tachbrook that sells halal meat and other Asian sundries. A Tesco outlet is just 3 doors away from the Asian store and this has given us an advantage of cooking in the evening.
