This is a beautiful apartment in the heart of London, & close to several of the attractions. With the tube being within walking distance, & a bus stop just below the apartment, it was a really convenient location. The apartment was very clean,spacious,modern,well equipped and
conveniently positioned for many of the top tourist attractions. There
is a perfect view of the top of the Shard from the Balcony. A real
plus is that The Bus Stop is immediately outside the front door
,Waterloo Tube station only 10 minutes walk and Lambrith North Tube
station only 4 minutes walk which makes for easy travel around
London.There is a great variety of take-away outlets ,restaurants,pubs
and supermarkets in the area .Th

Friendly and helpful staff checked us in early to accommodate for our jet lagged one year old. Before they could let us into our room, they kept our bags for us, so we could get acquainted with our surroundings. The location was fantastic. Easy walking to Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, 10 Downing Street, London Eye. There was a Starbucks across the square which was great for morning coffees and a good Italian restaurant as well. The waterloo underground and train station were close by for all other transport. The rooms were very clean, and the staff very helpful with directions and booking a taxi for our trip to the airport. We had 2 triple rooms on the 10th floor with our daughters

We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. I shall return again soon.

It was well maintained and very clean.The beds were wonderfully comfortable with big feather pillows.The room had plenty of plugs,fluffy white towel dressing gowns,ironing board etc. everything we needed without having to ask. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.

Fantastic location, right next to the eye so walking distance to Westminster, Trafalgar Square etc. Good restaurant on site but many places to eat (Italian, sushi, Mediterranean) across a range of prices right opposite hotel, plus a small supermarket. Family room was actually big enough for a family. 3 proper beds (2 singles and a double). 4 mugs in the room and plenty of towels. Comfortable beds with a choice of pillows. Probably the best hostel I've stayed in London: new facilities, big rooms; bathrooms in the rooms as well as common ones on the floors so there's no need to wait for one to get free; great location near the Elephant and Castle tube station and a shopping centre; great common area.
