We enjoyed our stay and would go back any day. The location was perfect for us we could walk anyway we needed to go, even down to Westminster. Perfect location: 20 min walk to Pancras station, 15 min walk to Chinatown-Soho, 20 min walk to Trafalgar square, 25 min walk to Big Ben tower. British Museum, one of the best in the world, is only 5 min away. Personnel very kind: we needed a British electric plug. Instead of buying one, we could use one from the hotel during our 5 day stay.   The service was AMAZING! The contact was absolutly stunning and i've never been so taken care of by an hotel before. They really cared and were so sweet to us. It's pretty close to the City if you're up for a walk. The price was all right too. We could come here again, just for the service!   We stayed in a small, but clean and nice room on the top floor for 5 nights. Top floor means 50 steps, no lift, in quite a narrow staircase. No problem for us, but good to know if you have difficulties with walking in stairs, or have heavy luggage. Break - Very nice family-run accomodation (friendly owners had 2 cute kids) with great English breakfast (or if you like, a Continental one). While its just a stone's throw from King's Cross / St Pancras station, it is located in a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of the station and main roads. Our quadruple room came with attached shower and toilet which was very clean.

  Its a small room ( but its the same everywhere in london) it was great. Really close to the trains station of st pancras and kings cross ( less than a minute!!!) We liked it and their is always someone to give you your keys! We had a great trip in london! - Deuxième séjour, acceuil très sympathique, très bien situé, confortable

  Very helpful staff - we arrived early and we could leave our suitcases in the reception office, even though it left almost no room for the staff! We had a shared bathroom which was spotless and efficient. There were supposed to be tea and coffee facilities in the room, but instead, we were free to use the kitchen where everything was laid out to h... ce que les gens disent » elp yourself, even milk from the fridge. Nothing was locked up down there, so there was a very pleasant sense of safety and trust. The breakfast said - Staff very friendly and helpful, only problem was we were on the 3rd floor and as we are very senior, me 76 and Brian 82 found the steps difficult. We enjoyed our breakfast as we had just crashed out the night before as we had flown in direct from Australia. Suggest you make a space on your booking forms re allocation of rooms for elderly. The ensuite was fine and we would stay there again, BUT on a lower floor.

  There were two guys at the check-in desk, one of them told us that our room would not be ready until 1.30pm (we checked in at 11am) but he was quickly overruled as the other man sent us straight to a room, he was very friendly and showed us where to go. The location of the hotel was fantastic, the road being literally opposite to Kings Cross meant... ce que les gens disent » we could get anywhere easily. The room itself was small but was all we needed for an overnight stay, especially at such a cheap price. It was clean e - I hd to upgrade to a family room when I got their as I had originally booked a basic double room for myself and a collegue. The owner of the hotel had advised me on the phone that I would need to upgrade and I only ad to pay the difference for the room, which ended up only being £100. I found the staff really helpful and the next time I travel to London I will be staying here.
