Staff were excellent and reception were brilliant, ringing me when my room was available to check in which was 11am, very early. Also as we had come to see the air show they had printed brochures with timetables which were so helpful as we hadn't been before. We were able to leave our bag at the hotel after check out and when we collected it were able to use the facilities and change after being on the beach all day ready for our journey home. Room was so clean and comfortable, had everything w

I absolutely loved my stay here, the owner was friendly and welcoming, but not instrusive and I was upgraded from a single to a double. The room was modern, very clean and finished to a very high standard. I loved that there was tea/coffee and a kettle in the room. The bathroom was excellent, the bed and linens very good quality.

I stayed 3 nights in a single room. The room and a dining room are beautiful. The mattress was very comfortable, bed linen clean.
Location is very good, 4 minutes to the beach and 1 minute to one of the main streets with many shops and cafés. Fast Internet.
Tomer is very friendly. He was asking the guests about the plans for the day or how they spent the previous day in Bournemouth, I liked that.

The location was ideal. Also that they don't have hen and stag parties, which made a very pleasant stay. In addition, love the full English breakfast. Very yummy. - Lovely four poster bed, ideally located - within walking distance to everywhere. Lovely hotel! Lovely couple running it!

I did like the price. The hotel is in a perfect location, you can walk
anywherr from the beach to oceanarium or bournemouth baloon within 5-10
mintes, there is asda and subway nearby. So you can easly get the
essencial bits and bobs that u have forgoten to take for your holiday,
or pop in to subway for a quick sub. Thats all about location from me

Every thing. Staff, comfort, location, cleanliness, fresh towels daily, in room tea/coffee making facilities topped up daily.
Jorge was welcoming, friendly with good advice on where to go and how to get there. He prepared an early 7am breakfast and ordered a taxi for us on the morning of our departure as we had to catch an early train to London. Overall a very pleasent vacation and if we return to Bourne mouth we will definatly stay in the Shirley again.

My daughter loved it too and was made very welcome. - Always clean and tidy, staff friendly and discerning in the way they responded to individuals, ie chatty if you wanted a chat, willing to give advise if requested. Well cooked and presented breakfast. Well positioned location and parking a bonus.

One road off the sea front and an easy walk into town. Our room was great and then we got upgraded to shelter us from the noise of a wedding reception. Roll top bath in the big luxurious room; on suite as well. The staff were caring and professional, the food fantastic. We ate on our 2 for 1 Tastecard which was another bonus. We will return to Bournemouth just to stay at The Green House. Thanks

A traditional family hotel run with so much care. Everywhere was spotless even the décor and lighting in extremely good order.- we didn't see one light bulb not working properly! Food excellent and staff so friendly. The garden facing the cliff top is wonderful and in good weather taking either morning coffee or afternoon tea it is so relaxing

Staff were friendly and very professional. I was running the Bournemouth Half Marathon on Sunday 6th October and I asked Petar on reception if it was possible to delay my checkout by an hour so I could come back to the hotel and shower. He was able to do this and I really appreciated it as I was travelling back to London.
