  magnifique hotel,personnel à l'écoute,excellent petit dejeuner,le restaurant de l'hotel est tres bien - The Junior Suite was immaculate and very well set out. We had a turret in our room and i especially liked the small table and 2 chairs situated in it so that you can be cosy and have a good view of the gardens and beyond. The bathroom was spotles... ce que les gens disent » s and the king sized bed was very comfortable for both of us. The staff were very helpful and very approachable about anything always being pleaseant and polite. Breakfast was fresh and very tasty. The staff could not be have been nicer. - I was only there for one night arriving in the evening and then off in the morning so didn't get enough time to spend using the hotel facilities. However the new conservatory and food there was good value and comfortable. The newly refurbished room(s) are tastefully done and facilities excellent.

  Location... not far from Queen Street station by taxi and as we were going to a concert in the SECC being able to walk via the walkway was a huge benefit. Despite the hotel being really busy the staff were efficent and very chatty. I have never slept in a bed so big and comfy before.   very close to the city centre,close to theatre and concert venues,also reception got us tickets face value for concert,also left phone charger but was sent to us with no fuss excellent service - This overnight stay was a gift for Anniversary for relatives. They were extremely happy with the hotel and the facilities.

  Quartier assez calme, arrêt de bus très proche à 10 minutes du centreville. Très bien desservi . - groupe de 14 personnes très satisfaites , accueil parfait durant tout le séjour ( 4 nuits)
