The hotel is easy to drive to and parking was no problem. The owners are lovely people and make you feel very welcome. Really enjoyed the breakfast both food and the chat.

Channings was an outstanding hotel. I was extremely impressed with the staff who were very friendly and helpful. As we arrived early they upgraded our room to one which was available and it was amazing, the biggest bath I had ever seen. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. - Good quality. Good staff. The breakfast was very tasty with lots of choice. Everything was served to your table which was nice but I actually prefer a buffet where you can choose what you want as you eat. Because everything here was served, you had to order your drink, cold starter and hot breakfast all at the same time. The staff were extremely friendly and professional.

I have never seen a bathroom as nice. My husband loved the shower. The
staff were really nice, friendly and very helpful and the butlers well

The whole experience at The Hostel was great! the employees at the Hostel went out of their way to help you with any kind of problems and queries. You felt like you where more around friends than just an ordinary guest.

The staff is great and stayed up late to be able to check me in even though it was past their reception hours, and she had a great and fun attitude even though I had woken her up. The hostel wants to become the best hostel in Edinburgh and are open to critique which gave me the sense that I was a honored guest and I felt very welcome. A pretty good hostel.

To keep it in a nutshell - everything! We stayed in the triple room (Nr. 1) which is to the rear side of the building with garden view and very quiet. We left the window open all night. The room is equipped with a fridge, microwave, TV, etc. and tastefully decorated to the highest standard. The breakfast is superb and offers a wide range of choice

Dave and Susan were the nicest couple, who made you feel friendly and at home in their beautiful Georgian style B&B in the city centre of Edinburgh. The B&B is conveniently located; it's a 25 minutes walk to the Royal Mile or a bus ride of 5 minutes. The breakfast was exceptionally well organised with lots of fresh fruits, croissants, yoghurts and cereals, and many different sorts of baked goods.
I would recommend this B&B to everyone and if we return to Edinburgh, we will definitel

We had a fantastic stay at the " Charming City Centre Apartment". Great central location, clean flat, very comfortable bed, and very quiet bedroom. Loved the apartment was in a great location really easy to get to from the airport bus 100.It had all you could need for a comfortable stay you can cook there all utensils even a washing machineThe place was quite very comfy a home away from home.Will definitely be back great indian round the corner Mumbai Mansion and a great litlle cafe Milk round the opposite corner towars the premier inn.Loved the decor great find.

The apartment complex itself is very secure.
The bedroom was clean, bright and well set out given the limited space.
The bathroom, whilst also small had everything you need and unlike many higher rated accommodation I've stayed in hot water was available at all times and at a constant temp.
The staff were very friendly and helpful especially to the many foreign visitors there for the festival.
