Ce que les gens disent
The lady at reception (unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was originally from South Africa) was incredibly helpful and informative. A pleasure to deal with and provided great customer service - she is a total asset to the hotel.
Ease to get to Southampton and small towns near by, the new forest, etc.
Breakfast was excellent, and kids not paying for meals a very sensible offer.
Going through some renovations but didn't feel any noise from it.tous commentaires »
the hotel was ideally located we have been before and it did not disapppoint on second visit staff very helpful and friendly again. well recommend to others and will be staying again and some point in the future.
Very helpful, polite, kind and friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble for them. Good room, comfortable bed, very clean, nice restaurant and excellent breakfast.
Great staff, clean and the breakfast choice great. We were provided with a fan to ease the heat in the room and although it worked it's not ideal.
Good value, clean, comfortable accommodation to suit our needs. Hotel staff very welcoming and helpful as we always find them in a premier inn.
Restaurant breakfast was good and we had an evening meal which we enjoyed. It was convenient for our visit which was a funeral.
It was very clean, staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help and bet was really comfy !.
Location to motorway and required industrial estates. Staff-food and
accommodation excellent as always.
The rooms were clean and equipped. Facilities at the hotel were good and reasonably priced.
The staff were very helpful in particular Andy (our waiter) and Daniel in the restaurant.
Overall: good facilities, modern, easy to find location, good breakfast facilities.
Everything you need in a hotel - nice comfortable bed and room.
Access to a restaurant. o noise from the adjacent motorway.
Convenient location, free parking and comfortable room.
The familiarity of service whenever we stay there.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Extremely friendly and pleasant staff.
We enjoyed our stay, it was good.
Friendly staff, nice size room.
The staff were really friendly.
Location & Staff friendly.
clean friendly.
The staff were very understanding and polite. We received a full refund.
The food and the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff.
Good location right next to the M/Way.
comfortable beds
fan in room.
Friendly staff Tidy rooms.
Closeness to motorway.
position.
The restaurant was good although the breakfast was not included in the price of the hotel.
Breakfast was good value and tasty, beds were comfy.
probably ok in winter.
M3 noise may be a slight annoyance during hot nights when you need to open the windows.
Room a bit loud as on major road, but we knew this beforehand.
The rooms could do with air conditioning, it was very hot and due to the M3 close by not possible to open the window because of the noise. It was 28 degrees too hot to sleep.
Unattentive staff in restaurant. Waited ages for team member to come across to seat us for breakfast every day even though they looked at us and saw we were waiting. .no acknowledgment at all, food 'plonked' on table, no real interest in service. Not a patch on hotel staff.
It was very warm we had two fans in the room which were on 24/7.
The TV is set at 15 with the fans going we could hardly here the TV.
It was soo uncomfortably hot in the hotel was hard to sleep.
Having to pay for breakfast at £8 each day on top of the cost of the
room. £400 + for a week. A local B&B £250 !!!.
Our room was very hot, without the heating on and with fans on to circulate the air. To Hot.
The very hot bedroom. No rubber mat for the bath to prevent slipping when having a shower. The 4th bed for my grandson was very uncomfortable with springs in the mattress digging into him. We also found a pair of socks under the bed that belonged to a previous guest.
No air-conditioning. Far, far too hot in summer.
No toilet brush
No air conditioning and even with two fans it was still too hot to sleep(28 degrees).
Tables in restaurant felt sticky after cleaning.
No bedding for the kids beds so had to ask, our room was right next to the stairs so a bit noisy.
The car park was being developed and there was a lot of mess and lying water making parking difficult.
The rooms were too hot!.
Wi-Fi system difficult to use and helpline unhelpful as no answer.
Price, aircon was very cold in the restaurant which made dining a little uncomfortable.
only 30 mins free wifi,.
Breakfast not as good as other Premier Inns.
nothing all excellent.
The room was far to hot even with 2 fans going it was 23 degrees, so not the best night sleep really .
Unfair to judge Hotel with so
much building work going on.
With so much noise and
trying to park in a building site.
Would not recommend to others until finished.
The hotel was extremely hot (31C at night), and none of us got any sleep. No air conditioning.
Because of the heat wave the temperature in our bedroom was 34C all the time day and night. We were so hot we and some other guests couldn't sleep and spent most of the night on sofas in the air conditioned restaurant. The next day we cancelled the rest of our stay and went home.
The Hotel was fully booked and the restaurant couldn't cope. I
booked a table for 7 and got my starter at 8:15, I was toying with going
to McD'S. The rooms are looking a bit dated. The bathroom door
didn't look the safest when you rolled it across.
noise of traffic.
Location by the motorway far to noisy, work being carried out on the extensions(should be made clear when booking) breakfast would have been good value had it not been over cooked.
The sterile atmosphere.
room temperature never wnt below 32 too hot to sleep.
Need to have a kitchen in rooms, which will be really helpful for long stay.
the air conditioning did not work and it was very hot in the rooms and difficult to sleep there was not reduction for this and thats why we woiuld not recommend it.
It had no air con and the windows could not be opened enough to let air into the room. It was the worst night I have ever spent in a hotel! They even had a power cut when we got there. At one point we were going to sleep in the car. One to be avoided!.
Room so unbearably hot we couldn't sleep, even with 3 fans! Ridiculous that they're spending money building more rooms and not putting air con in!!.
Hotel room was very very warm. Far hotter than outside temp. Window barely opens to allow air flow and this hotel doesn't have aircon. The bathroom has no vent and you have to keep door shut to keep the fire alarm from going. It becomes like a sauna in there.
