excellent location and good shuttle service to airport. Room was lovely, room service good and food good value and just what I wanted. big comfortable room, very good breakfast, very nice and polit staff. The hotel was great and very welcoming. impressed with quality of room. Staff were very friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Food good!The room was excellent, clean and the bed was really comfortable! Also relatively soundproof! The breakfast. Convienance for airport. Shuttle bus service (driver grumpy). New refurbished room excellent. Large comfy bed with wonderful pillows - pillows really dictate whether or not you have a good sleep. Very good location. Eay to get into Aberdeen with public transport. The only good thing abouth this hotel is the lady at the reception!. one small problem which I reported to the staff - the shower overflowed and so needs fixing, otherwise everything really good. From a disabled person's viewpoint, there was no ramp from the car park to the pavement on the room side, also there could be a little more aide (like handrails or easy access shower) in the bathroom. Grout on tiles could do with a scrub!. Surprised at the limited range for internet access, i.e., 1 hr rate or 24 hr rate.Whilst it was appreciated that the hotel was undergoing a major refurbishment, the 3 rooms allocated to my party were beautifully furnished and decorated, except the bathroom. It appeared to have been only half refurbished and the existance of a very old bath and tiles that required to be regrouted, detracted from the overall excellence of the room, otherwise everything was just as advertised. Extremely ugly as structure (building). Hopefully the renovation will make it more tolerable.It would be very nice if the hotel could manage to spell my name correctly on all papers related to my stay, including the invoice. I don't understand how it is possible to get the name wrong in the hotel's computer system when the correct name is used during the online booking. Here is clear potential for improvement. The meal was dissappointing for the price. The steak was poor which we did not expect when in Scotland!. Restaurant staff not well organised, especially since only three tables were occupied. Food was swept off the table next to me onto the seating and floor area. I had to ask twice for my wine to drink with my meal - it arrived halfway through my meal. I placed an order for food which included garlic bread but the waitress insisted in giving me bread from the basket too and refused to take it away. They were under renovation while we stayed there and the workers started with the noise at 8a.m.Free wireless internet advertised but not available. The bathroom was very dated and did not seem the cleanest.Food was a bit expensive to other hotels I stayed at. We got a room thathad not been referbished and was a bit gitted by this as new roomslooked lovely. Bathroom could have been in a better condition. The shower did not work properley I did say this when I paid my bill.The food was poor quality in the evening but better at lunch time.I was told the curtersy bus was not available untill 6pm the infomation supplied did not mension this and neither does it say this in reception.This was one of the reasons for booking at this hotel. The hotel and services are very expensive. Especially considering that it is required to pay for access to internet. The shuttle is a good idea, but probably requires more frequency considering the shuttle capacity. I did not experience the problem as I left later.we had lunch and it was a total disaster as the food was cold and when we returned it it came back the same way, half the order was missing. we received a refund but it was disappointing as we were the only people dining at the time. Yes, when we arrived at Menzies there was only one room booked for us, we had booked two, also there was no hot water, so had to have a clod shower before travelling for a full day. Bath had mould growing around it. the reception was offhand; we were told the hotel was'fully booked' though the booking was made on 31 July. Eventually the manager 'found' a room, but said it was coming up as 'not clean'. She checked, then we were escorted by a member of staff who carried our bags (we are two ladies in their seventies, and I have a mobility problem; we were also clearly exhausted.) We had to cross the car park in. Poor directions to the room from the staff. The hotel had a basic 1960s motel feel to it. After booking and arriving we were given a double room, even though we wanted a twin room.(two blokes?) I asked to change and were given a vastly inferior quality room, but for the same cost?!!!!!. room was too hot and no A/C or fan.The ongoing renovation is a nuisence. The hotel is an offshore workers hostel. Had to wait till after 14:00hrs to book in and then once booked in given a uncleaned room.It is very poor quality and grossly overpriced. The price was extortionate - the room, in my opinion was worth £40 / £50 per night, at best.Too much refurbishing and construction going on. Staff ignored people who walked into the restaurant for minutes at atime and left them just waiting to be shown to a table, bar staff leftthe bar for up to 10 mins leaving people waiting for a drink. I was toldby reception that once I had drunk the 2 bottles of water in my roomthey were not being replaced. I had to go to reception for more coffeesachets as they were not replaced.The bath had hair in it (not ours!) and was badly stained. the bed was lumpy and the cover on the top was dirty. They had one barmaid covering two bars and no guiness although it was advertised. It appeared as if to be an inner London council estate. Also I had to travel through a building site area to actually locate my room. The tv did not work, the shower did not work, the bathroom was dirty,the room service was the worst food I have ever had the displeasure oftrying to taste................- The worst hotel I have stayed in for 10years!!!!!.

depuis Aberdeen, suivre l'A96 vers l'aéroport. Prendre l'A947 vers Airport East et Banff. Continuer dans cette direction pendant 1,5 km. Tout droit en passant les 2 rond-points, puis à gauche aux feux de signalisation. L'hôtel se trouve environ 200 mètres plus loin en bas de la rue.
En train :
depuis la gare Dyce, rejoindre la rue principale Victoria Street. Prendre à droite et faire environ 500 mètres jusqu'aux feux de signalisation. Tourner à droite. L'entrée de l'hôtel se trouve environ 250 mètres plus loin sur la gauche.
