  The staff were very attentive but not over the top. Both made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The guest house was very clean and well looked after. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very proud to both live and work here. Really enjoyed our stay here. - The Acorns was well appointed in every way. The food was excellent.   Loved the wet room and shower! The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable. The whole b'n'b had so much character. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was tasty! The beach is only a short walk away with great local pubs and shops!   Wad like walking into an Aladdins cave with a nice surprise in each room. The kids loved it with games and books to keep them occupied. Would definitely book again. - The apartment was large and convenient with a very well equipped kitchen. It was close to both shops and beach.

  The waiters, waitresses and bar staff were very nice. Andy and Keeley especially were nice and friendly and good at their job - always smiling.   Idyllic location. Friendly & helpful staff. We last used this site 9 years ago but stopped coming due to site needing improvements. The current owners have spent a lot of time & money improving the site and are doing a great job. We stayed in Daisy which is perfect for couples, it was very clean and has everything you need, the only small ... ce que les gens disent » negative is the shower water pressure although hot it was a bit feebly. Nice to see the site is now very dog friendly too. Did not get time to sample - The harbour. It was amazing how in the morning one can actually swim in the clean sea, where the spring meets the ocean, and in the evening one can actually walk along the seabed!! The chalet is clean and quite comfortable with a back garden where the children can play. The on site playing ground for the children was an added bonus as was the close walk to the harbour. The location between Ilfracombe and Combe Martin is also convenient, as is the nearby Watermouth Castle, right opposite the str
