me and my husband stayed for a family wedding for 5 nights.the staff were very accomodating,friendily and welcoming.when we arrived it was a hot day so they upgraded our double room to a much cooler and bigger room a family room with more space.very useful as we stayed 5 nights!the room had lovely big shower and even luxury bathrobe!The owners hel

The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. I liked the large car park at the back which is locked at night by a garage style door. It is very convenient. The bus stop to the city centre is nearby and the buses are frequent. I was staying to visit my husband in hospital and there is a bus straight to the QE about 10 mins walk away. There is a small Tesco opposite and a Post Office about 400m away.

We were able to leave the car parked the day we left at a price of 3 pounds instead of taking car to Villa Park.
The room and bed were clean , as was the shower and toilet. This is what counts when you want a bed for the night!!!! -

Value for money. Couldn't find a cheaper but good and clean hotel to spend a couple of nights in Birmingham. Internet was good and it was free. Tv was also good with variety of channels. Staff helped us with an extra bed for free. Direct access to city center by bus (20-30 min depending on traffic). Parking was free. There are a couple of take a w

everything, great stay, the best business hotel I have stayed in for years.....I cannot faukt the place in any way...from the friendly and helpful staff to the cleanliness and peace of the luxury rooms,,,great....(I won't fill in another one of these forms unless there is something that changes) Thanks again

anything. The room was, although tiny, was very clean, with the bed
being very comfortable. The hotel was a 5 min walk from the theatre, and
10 mins away from town centre, which was very handy. With a early check
in at 12 and check out 12 the next day, this was very good value for

This hotel is a must if you are staying in Birmingham. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, cosy and clean room, delicious buffet breakast and great location to the city centre. Highly recommended.
