The rooms were amazingly decorated and very spacious and clean. We had a ground floor room with a conservatory and our daughters were on the first floor. There was a small kitchen in each room which we only used for coffee/tea, but you could do some self catering. It was great having a car park and the walk into the town centre was a 5-10min stroll across the Pulteney Bridge. Would definitely stay here again on next visit to Bath.

Perfect - breakfast is wonderful; you can't get breakfast like this for under 12pound in the town. The rooms are beautifully furnished and our bed was the most comfortable we have slept in by far. A very nice accommodation, very well situated - central but quiet. The Hypnos beds that are advertised on the home page are probably older ones (as they are not so comfortable as our Hypnos bed at home :-)).
Breakfast was delicious!
In total a little bit to expensive for what you get.

The hotel is situated right in the middle of one of the most iconic Georgian buildings in the UK. The decor of the hotel is certainly in keeping with the grandeur of its location and the spa and restaurant were faultless.
The service provided by the staff was impeccable - which is a first in my experience! All the staff were warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

What a fabulous place to stay with a family! We had a 2 room suite-kids on the fold out couch and us in a huge king size bed. Plenty for kids to do, play ground fabulous, and lots of new things planned for the future at Brittons so we'll be back. Very luxurious, beautifully designed and warm under floor heating ( and it was COLD outside)! Hosts were great, super friendly and made us feel very welcome! The in-room breakfasts were fantastic, kids loved there coco pops! Oh and loved the Portugese

From the moment we stepped in, the place was inviting. The check-in process was fast and easy as they were expecting us and I only needed to provide my first name...no annoying paperwork. The room was small, but clean, which is most important! We only stayed one night and spent most of time exploring Bath so the size of the room didn't hinder our comfort. The staff were all very nice and friendly. The hotel is very close to the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases, which is why we chose it. My wife is an outpatient at this hospital, and disabled. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful.
