  Excellent location, one could not wish for a better one - close by the Haymarket railway station and the Airlink bus stop, within a walking distance from the center, two huge supermarkets nearby and a few nice fastfood places. A supermarket was located right near the B&B. The room was spacious with a basin in it. The Beds were comfortable. The shared bathroom was very clean and good.

  This was a very brief stay on our way home but what a wee treasure this place is. The hosts were lovey and Alan did a fab Scottish breakfast. I get the impression they would go out their way to make it a pleasant stay with them. Will def return - The owners, Andy & Shiela, were great. Andy went far beyond expectations at every opportunity.   Everything about this place was great. It is student housing which gives you the feel of communal living with the option of having your own room if you want quiet time. My family and I loved it. Staff was wonderful, location was great and it was very clean. Another nice thing was the grocery store right around the corner, super handy. The bed was comfortable with nice white cotton bed-linen. We stayed for 3 nights for the Festival and found it ideal to be so near everything + able to make tea etc.. in between shows!
