I have stayed here alone in the past and I always feel safe.
I think that comes from the welcoming attitude of the staff.
I always try to stay at Premier Inns nationwide and when Im not the person booking them, I ask the party lead to try for Premier before all else. -

The room was excellent, bed very comfortable and great TV in the room. All the staff were very friendly and could not help enough.
Breakfast the following morning was to a high standard served in the the restaurant which i ate in the night before, it has a great atmosphere at night and the food was also very good. - stunning from start to finish!!

It had the convenience of being above a pub, which provided lovely food/ meals, but amazingly, none of the noise made it upstairs, which made the room quiet and homely. Your reception staff rang the night before and to confirm booking and advise on best place to park and offered any other assistance.
Lauren who works in the restaurant was very capable and very efficient when a lot of us were complaining. She was extremely polite offered complimentary deals to offset complaint, never once did she lose her cool.

the lady on the front desk on sat 9th was very nice and helpful and nothing was to much for her so if possible i would like this to be relayed to her. - It was very near the town centre,10 minute walk so was handy,room wascheap,clean and no problems what so ever,and didnt hear anyone in thenight or no blood on the sheets lol like some comments,deff
