  An extremely friendly hotel. I was unable to drive because I had injured my knee and the owner very kindly drove me to where I had to be on the Monday. I would recommend the hotel unreservedly; spotless, well equipped and excellent value for money but most importantly the genuine staff.   As a lone female traveller I can sometimes feel a little uneasy in new places, but the staff were amazing! So friendly I instantly felt quite relaxed and at home there, very helpful and more than willing to put themselves out for you! I cannot praise them highly enough! This is not something you usually think of when signing up, but I was surprised how proper water pressure, temperature and general pleasantness can make or break a stay. We'll meet again, Ibis Coventry shower, of that I'm sure.
