Excellent food both breakfast and evening dinner, well prepared and presented, fine selection on menu and good value. Resturant comfortable cosy and warm.
Very good staff & management who take great care of their guests. Nice bar area, warmed with a log fire, good selection of ales & wines. Guest room well sized, comfortable layout, plenty of storage room, clean, comfy bed and warm room. A comfortable relaxing few days away.

The hotel is very modern - everything is very clean and new looking. The rooms are a good size - we had a quad and a double, and the quad was huge.
Good to have tea-making facilities included.
There is a Brewers Fayre next door where you can get a meal, or the breakfast. It is OK, but not good if you are vegetarian - had to resort to a pizza del

The location was really fab, a great view. It was really quiet and peaceful. The beds were very comfortable, and the room itself was extremely clean. All these things are important when staying at a hotel I feel. Staff were really friendly, even if I wasn't first thing in a morning!!

The hotel staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and always a smile on their faces. The rooms were better than we expected, really great value and extremely clean, decorated well and spacious (not like your other standard small rooms where you can barely move).

We loved everything staff so helpfully everything we will definitely be saying at premier inns again thank-you Richard HolgatE with our so having abegous & a d h d everything has to be so right because he is out of comfort zone I.e like at home but all the staff he warmed & bonded with them truly excellentthankyou.

booked single room but was alocated a double I needed to be within 5 mins of Hospice which it was it had a wonderful italian restaurant attached to it so didnt have to go looking for a meal breakfast was excellent all freshly cooked on ordering will definatly stay here again
