Elizabeth was great!!! There is a cage downstairs when she hang out. So you just call them and they will be waiting for u with the keys.
The location is awesome! Literally 1 min from the Main Street and 15 min slow walk from the buses stop.
The apt is really modern and has everything you need.
The only downside is that there's no lift so 5th floor we stayed at is a bit hard to reach after a night out.

Friendly staff was always available to assist with all our needs. Ali greeted us with a warm smile and made sure our friends and family had a pleasant stay. Everything was really ry very good!!!!!The owner is very open and very friendly man, whenever we needed anything-he immediately served us with. Location is really veru suitable and very close to the most popular places. I would stay there in my next trip for sure, especially it can be recomended to family with children.

Location is great. Close to all the restaurants bars, attractions.. The owners were a really sweet and cultured couple who also speak a bunch of languages so they were able to help us out and translate anything we needed. They also know the city very well and gave great recommendations.

The hotel was about 10-15 minute walk from Blue Mosque, Tupkapi palace ,hagia sofia, Grand Bazaar& close to all the eateries in the Sultanahmet so it was in a fairly convenient location. The manager of the hotel, Mr.Yusuf&the staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and friendly! The hotel was nice and safe& the rooms were clean. This is the eighth time we have stayed at the Grand S. It is our favorite "layover" stop when passing through Istanbul. The location is perfect. The Metro connects the airport to the Buyuk Otogar (main bus staion) just across the highway.

All staff at the Hotel were helpful and courteous. I was greeted you arrival and the bellboy made sure I settled into the room by showing me how the tv and wifi worked.
Breakfast was a very varied buffet and very enjoyable.
Comfortable room with wifi and satellite tv and heating which was lovely as it was snowing outside on my last 2 days.
I would stay here again.

The building is a recently renovated historic building in the Cihangir district.The interior is bright and very clean. We stayed in the Sultan's Suite 2 in the first floor. The decoration is illuminating. The kitchenette has all sorts of kitchenware, dishwasher, tea/coffee machine and oven.

Everything about the suites was better than what I could have hoped for, the rooms are excellent in size and is immaculately decorated. The photos don't do it enough justice. The location is within walking distance to the most relaxed bistro's and bars. The hotel manager is one of the warmest people you will ever meet and you truly feel looked after :) definitely not the last trip to Istanbul and I know where I will be staying :)

Nice and clean room but too small. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent. The neighborhood looked strange at the beginning but afterwards we understood there was nothing to be afraid as it was full of hotels!
It's 10-15 minutes walking time from Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque (sultanahmet tram stop). Do not try the cemberlitas tram stop as it is uphill and tiring.
