It was convenient for the major attractions of Sultanhamet. The staff were friendly and the facilities were fine. Great views of Hagia Sophia from the roof terrace. The breakfasts were excellent but the dinner menu was a bit dull so we only ate there once ; house wine not cheap either.The hamam was very good and was a great way to end a day of shop

The suite that we were given along with the staff were superb. So good infact that I can name each and every member there. They knew who I was from the first day to the last catering to my every need and request.
Guvenc was the front office manager who made special arrangements for me.

Hospitality , since my arrival wellcoming spirit with everyone , every
one wants to help . I also noticed a precsion in everything I asked for.
Before leaving the hotel , I was planned to have a taxi pick up at 4:45
in the morning . at 3:30 am ,safe box in my room failed to open with all
my valuables inside (passport , air ticket , money..) I picked up the
phone and asked for help , a few minutes later a smily guest service
personell came over and open it for me . I expected to have some delay

They gave us very nice and big room with balcon. The staff were very cooperative. Breakfast very nice. I like the hotel too much and would like to stay there again. Also the location is very good. Only the net was slow. -

Emplacement,tres proche des principaux monuments (mosquee bleue, stsophie, topkapi, juste devant le grand bazar° - Hotel très bien situé près de toutes les parties intéressantes du centre ville. Nos chambres étaient très calmes. Magnifique vue sur la ville depuis la salle restaurant.

surrounded by beautiful green trees (cherry, berry). 2 large swimming pools, the boys enjoyed the sport facility. Good restaurant.
15min away from Gebze Center.

Small, but a nice and clean room. We enjoyed the wonderful and warm pool and the great view from the restaurant. Friendly staff. Just 10min from Grand Bazaar. A lot of restaurants in the area, we liked "Lavazza". -

The hotel staff changed the rooms to the metal free rooms quickly. The
rooms are big, clean, sunny with more than needed necessities except for
the bathrobe :)
I would recommend this hotel to the ones who is travelling to the western side of Istanbul -
It's a fantastic hotel, Great staff, super clean, spacious rooms, huge lobby, tasty breakfast.
