  I have stayed there for a business trip. Hotel stuff were helpful and friendly. They try to perfect their service. If I visit bursa again I know where I will stay now. The place of hotel is awesome. Just next to the Uludag forest in back of hotel and city panorama in front. - Old hotel and very bad

  This smallish hotel (17 rooms) has been totally renovated in the past two years, and is a very nice facility of four floors. (There's no elevator, but the staff will see your bags to your room.) I have never enjoyed sutch a generous hospitality in a hotel before. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. When i was late for a meeting for example, they just toulk there car and drove me there! 15km! And when i had a problem with my creditcard they refused to take my payment (the last cash i had on me!) untill i made sure the problem with my card was fixed.   I liked almost everything. The staff at the hotel was so nice and friendly that we weren't even charged breakfast. I would certainly recommend it, it also has a great view of the city from a dominant position on the hillside. - It is really nice hotel, good location and it was good stay.
