  We are very happy to stayed in this hotel. The first welcome was very impressive until the end of our stayed. All receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Especially Mr. Chaiwat who gave us rooms with a great city and ocean view was always full of respected.   I have been to Pattaya many times and stayed in many different hotels ,I have found the fourteen again hotel not only the best value for money but the friendliest staff there.the beds are huge the spa is big enough for at least three people the shower could fit ten people easy. The rooms were amazing and for such a little price too. I cannot speak highly enough of the service and all of the staff. The food from the restaurant is also to a very high standard and still cheap. All of the hotels facilities are also included in the price which with the roof top pool certainly adds a perfect relaxing recovering place! Booked again for a week already

  The LK Empress was quiet, clean and the staff were professional and courteous. They even let me check in early, (at 8.45am), instead of the normal time of 12:00pm, seeing my flight arrived in BKK at 05.30am. Great location near all but yet very quite once inside. We are looking to go again in august we had such a great time. we stayed in the sudios they are lovely.   The fact that as a returning guest I was upgraded to Executive floor in the Ocean Wing and that hotel had retained all my details from previous visit 3-4 months ago.I plan to return - Everything at this hotel was great.
