The hotel had excellent facilities were extremely clean and very luxurious! Only negative thing I could say is location. Couldn't walk to beach as got lost until you find your bearings and staying only 3 nights isn't long enough. As for resort itself would never return Thailand has such better places to visit -

Fantastic service, we came with a wheelchair and had two high steps down to our pool site room, (our own fault and as we didn't ask before we came), so we just had to carry the person and wheelchair up and down, but to our big surprise, and without asking, the manager send a worker down and 3 hours after we arrived a concrete ramp was build, and r

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was in a nice part of town. It was a very short walk to Jomtien Beach. The food was very good and our room looked exactly like it did in the picture.

Très bon hôtel, bien situé, chambre confortable et moderne, bons services , belle piscine. - Hotel tres bien situe a 5 minutes des rues pietonnes. Personnel discretdans le sens "pas toujours sur votre dos" et tres serviable si vous avezbesoin. Equipements sportifs (salle musculation et piscine) simples maissuffisant. Petit dejeuner a la hauteur.

Nice staff, clean rooms, great breakfast buffet, walking distance to nightlife but far enough from noise. Attention single guys: Guest friendly with an excellent security and ID check on partners during their stay. Definitely will stay again.

Hut Style rooms was magnificent, clean and well decorated. Free WiFi in the rooms. Separate pool for Kids. Beach just at front of the hotel. Free Shuttle service to the main road. Very friendly owners and all the Staff members.

The staff were very friendly and kind. The rooms are huge (we stayed in the Queen room), clean, have 2 toilets, and a kitchen. There was plenty of space for our family, which we enjoyed. The pool was pretty average, but does overlook the ocean. My kids liked watching cartoons :) -

I had a Seaview Suite Clean spacious and if I needed something they were just a call away. I would recomend this hotel to anyone infact I am planning my next trip in September and have already booked my suite in the Grand Hotel. -

The appartment we got (which was described as a studio ) was very
spacious and clean. Very close to all atractions but in a quite street.
Only one thing, if you are coming with the airport bus from bkk you need
a taxi to reach the place and the drivers have difficulties finding the
address. You have to get out of the bus at the South Pattaya Rd ,

1. you get a perfect single room with all facilities like in an apartment, so need not worry about anything
2. very close to the walking street and the beach road, so no worries of taking a bike taxi to goto places
3. there is a 7-11 close to the apartment, so no worries about supplies or drinks ..
4. vey calm and quiet neighbourhood and no noise from the parties happening around .. so can have a good sleep after the day out trips
