We loved the swimming pools and pool bar. Also there is a lot of palms and other greenery around and it is very tropical looking. Also we had a great welcome and our room was decorated with rose pedals. The resort is very clean. Breakfast was good and there was a good variety of food. Free shuttle bus to Patong was also very convenient. -

We believe it would be an ideal location for young children and families and will hopefully return with ours!

Location of the hotel is perfect, only minutes away from the buzzling bar/restaurant areas but also in a quiet part of Patong beach. Has easy access to the beach. To arrive and get a complementary glass of fruit juice just makes the check in experience lovely . The best thing I would say about this hotel is Location,Location,Location. Just brillient. Rooms are lovely big enough for 3 people comfortably. Free wifi in lobby, Breakfast is great. Would definitely stay here again

If you decide to stay in Patong, this place has a great location, with immediate access to the sea, a short walk to all shopping and night-life venues. The service is excellent both by reception and concierge,... Any program you can organise with the help of the concierge locally. The breakfast is OK, too. Well, it's definitely not top-luxury, but clean, comfortable hotel with spacious rooms. Definitely gay-friendly, the gay beach is right behind the hotel.

The spa centre was well done and provided excellent service and value for money (sports massage highly recommended) rooms were big and the cleaners did a great job every day.New flat screen TVs in great position so you could watch the TV comfortably from your bed.Good location to be able to walk to the beach and the markets. -

The facilities are excellent and staff are very helpful as well. - N

The staff were extremely helpful, the little bus service to and from your accommodation was great given it is built on a hillside. The rooms were clean and comfortable - added extra touches such as a free bottle of water every day, free safe box in room, and at around 4.30pm the doorbell went and we got a small box with two complimentary chocolat
