  The location was good as it was 5-10 minutes' walk from the busy centre. It was quiet and there was a nice view from the room. The room and bathroom were both good. A cake and flowers were supplied at reasonable cost to celebrate a birthday. The pool was small but perfectly appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Cook your own BBQ and an outdoor restaurant opposite - I have been with letsbookhotel.com for some time and never seen sutch a high rating and had to see from my eyes ! I give it also a 10 ! This hotel is new and exceptionnely clean , staff is discreet but always helpfull staff for any off your need . It is a little off center witch is a perfect avantage ( if you have been in Patong before ) you understand that it is close to action but NOT In it !!!!! Would absolutely go back there this was a perfect choice . Thanks again to the lovely staff !

  Accueil extaordinaire pour ce prix avec un emplacement super. Vraiment aux petits soins pour moi avec des conseils super car j'ai pu decouvrir beaucoup de choses a phuket que je n'avais jamais vu et on y parle francais donc... Pour avoir fait plusieurs hotel sur patong sur mes precedents voyage je peux vous assurer que celui-ci est vraiment super ... ce que les gens disent » et que ma reservation pour mon prochain sejour est deja faite.... - Apres la lecture de tres bon commentaires je voulais en savoir un peu plus.... et reellement l'accueil est super ils parlent francais et on une grande connaaissance de la thailande.   The hostel is super clean and I really mean that - it's cleaner than some 3* hotels I've stayed in. The staff is amazing, very helpful. You can arrange anything from the front desk, starting from laundry service through koh phi phi ferry tickets to airport minibus transfers. Full package.
