The hotel is situated just outside the center and away from the huslte and noise of Patong (you hear absolutely nothing from the music of the bars or noise from traffic), but within walking distance. The hotel is at the edge of the centre of Patong beach, but maybe the only one where you can sleep quietly. So you can go out but sleep in peace. Very good view out of the room and the pool. Staff and owner very friendly and helpfull. Good swimming pool and nice area downstairs with bar and sitting area. Walkable to Patong Beach. And if your elderly or invalid take a taxi because of the hill..... But then better the hill then the noise in the centre!!!!

Great budget hotel for short timers, this is the place to stay 3-5 days the room is not big enough for long stay but not ibis small for 1-2 days. Just right, enough to enjoy phuket activities and patong nightlight but not too long that you get bored and start to by groceries. Talking

The check-in was easy, staff is very friendly and nice to us. The reception is open 24 hours and they remember our faces so dropping keys on front desk is easy. The breakfast is nice, they even have baked beans, first place in Thailand with nice baked beans.
Booked only for 1 night but stayed on for 3 more they sell activity with special discount... we only checked for 2 more places but the hotel was the cheapest amongst them all.

Great Resort with good amenities and very warm and friendly staff. Great pool. Chef prepared special vegetarian breakfast for us as buffet breakfast had maximum non veg dishes. Really appreciate this SERVICE. -

Great place, spacious rooms, friendly staff who communicates in English well enough. Didn't try the in-house food except for breakfast. Rooms come with umbrellas for rainy days, very thoughtful!
My wife and I were there for a pre-wedding photo shoot. The reception upon being contacted by my photographer for our room number, send us a honeymoon gift. Very attentive staff!

The location was good as it was 5-10 minutes' walk from the busy centre. It was quiet and there was a nice view from the room. The room and bathroom were both good. I have been with letsbookhotel.com for some time and never seen sutch a high rating and had to see from my eyes ! I give it also a 10 ! This hotel is new and exceptionnely clean , staff is discreet but always helpfull staff for any off your need . It is a little off center witch is a perfect avantage ( if you have been in Patong before ) you understand that it is close to action but NOT
In it !!!!! Would absolutely go back there this was a perfect choice . Thanks again to the lovely staff !

I arrived Phuket at 10am and went straight to the hotel. I know it is
still early for check-in and the rooms ( I travelled with my husband and
2 of my friends and booked 2 rooms) will be ready after 2pm but we need
their favour at least we could leave our luggage at the hotel before we
went for lunch. Suprisingly, the hotel staff get the 1st room

We loved this place. It is the best choice in Patong. Rooms are cozy,
nice, clean, big and quite modern. The location is great as it is 10
minutes walk to the main tourist places and still away from all that
noise. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Internet is so far the best
we had in Thailand.

The room was a good size.
The aircon was well maintained and worked well, which is a god send in that heat!
It was in quite an ideal spot, the beach was a short walk away and the busy streets were close enough to walk to but far enough away to not hear them from our room.

Outdone expectations for such a low cost. Staff were always smiling and
