We loved the swimming pools and pool bar. Also there is a lot of palms and other greenery around and it is very tropical looking. Also we had a great welcome and our room was decorated with rose pedals. The resort is very clean. Breakfast was good and there was a good variety of food. Free shuttle bus to Patong was also very convenient. -

We believe it would be an ideal location for young children and families and will hopefully return with ours!

Poppa Palace provides a great service for the price you pay. All of the staff were fantastic and the bar man even suggested we go to the night market in Phuket Town which we thought was fantastic. He was also very friendly and chatted to us a lot as did the waitress. Our rooms were lovely and clean and maintained daily. There was quite a large selection for breakfast which I found surprising given the price of our stay. We were happy to follow all of the hotels rules and request as it makes

The staff were extremely helpful, the little bus service to and from your accommodation was great given it is built on a hillside. The rooms were clean and comfortable - added extra touches such as a free bottle of water every day, free safe box in room, and at around 4.30pm the doorbell went and we got a small box with two complimentary chocolat

Our few days of stay in patong lodge was great..I like the place as it was situated near the beach,the massage parlors and restaurants and convenient for shopping as well. -

We stayed here for just a night so we can't really comment much on the facilities - we were enroute to Phi Phi Island, but we absolutely loved the stay. Patong Beach is a 5 min walk. Bangla Street is right outside and the nightlife is almost at your doorstep but don't worry, Novotel is very quiet; you'll sleep like a baby.

The hotel was at the perfect location, close to the beach and at the heart of Patong. Loved every moment of our stay. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly and we were very happy with the size of our rooms (both family rooms and larger than superior delux rooms). Last but not the least, the pool was simply amazing. Highly recommended hotel. Will surely visit Novotel Vintage Park in the future.

Hi all, we've just enjoyed four nights at the B-Lay Tong, in Phuket, celebrating a birthday.
The location was great provided you want to be on Patong Beach with all the people and activity that brings, that said it's positioned toward the end of the beach road so not as frantic as further down.

This is a new hotel with a great location. You are close to Patong, but the area is quiet, relaxing and beautyful. The resort was very stylish and fresh with lots of artistic and elegant details. The service was impeccable, the staff was attentive and they all spoke english very well. The restaurant served delicious breakfasts and dinner to die for. I would love to go back as soon as possible.

The service was excellent and the Staff was extremely friendly and second to none. They were extremely kind and very helpful. Their English fluency is enough to hold a conversation with them. We were happy with the location as it was just across from Belle Spa, some restaurants nearby and especially Family Mart just around the corner. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach from the hotel.

I loved evrything about the hotel! The breakfasts were great, the pool and staff were great. The rooms were nice and had good air conditioning. The location was great aswell as it was away from the hustle and bustle but they offered a free shuttle into town and home which was very helpful. Would highly reccomend this hotel for anyone from couples
