The staff was amazing!!! Upon our arrival, I realized I had left my
phone in the cab that took us from the airport to the hotel. We had
barely checked in and the whole staff was working hard at trying to
contact the taxi company to trace back my phone. They never lost faith
(even though I did) and they found my phone!!! Losing my very

The room was -
This is what I call a boutique hotel, small in size but excellent value with friendly staff and well designed rooms. Flat screen TV lots of choice of English channels, a large bathroom with hot running sun shower nice accessories and soft white towels. A real mini bar with great selection of drinks. Whilst the bedroom was not huge is was well designed with a king size bed for a good nights snooze, my room overlooked a very nice park at the side of the hotel

I arrived very early in the morning and check in was not untill 2 they let me store my bags, go for a shower and take a nap on one of the chill out mats whilst I waited! Second hostel I have stayed in, thought this one was excellent. Great atmosphere. Very friendly helpful staff, met a lot of friendly backpackers, had a couple of good nights out with good advice from staff. Each bed had a light, plug socket, comfortable clean mattress, and my shower was warm. I stayed on a 4 bed dorm.

Hotel is fine but nothing special. It has all you need air con shower toilet. Swimming pool a bonus. We used this twice and had it to our self's both times. The disinfectant was a little strong like salt water but better than nothing. I would stay here again no issue. Could do with a redecorate and some new furnishings but what they have dose the

complimentary water daily, great concierge and tour group help, location
was excellent in Sukhumvit, hotel is located right in the middle of
Sukhumvit and Nana which is lots of shopping and nightlife and walking
distance to the bts which is a must to get around in Bangkok, overall
