Vast, beautifully designed territory, a pleasure to walk around and discover new sights every day. It never felt crowded around.Our room, outlooking pool and the sea, was on the ground floor, so in the morning we went for a swim straight from bed (sliding window worked as a door). I Liked almost everything in the hotel: friendly staff, magic views,
exotic plants, butterflies, monkeys etc, large area, swimming pools,
breakfasts, sunset views, cleaned rooms, nice design...
But some things I recommend to change: WiFi in the rooms, private beach is good, but it's better to use the possibility to go to Kai Bae via the beach (only 15 minutes, but the last step near the hotel is awful) and shuttle bus 4 times a day is too rare).
And I hope spa is renovated)

The service was fantastic, however the chalets were not top class. The dream of being on a beach front was shattered by a small chalet with nowhere to hang your clothes. the AC could only be switched on if you were in the room, which renederd our clothes being constamntly damp with humidity. Attention to detail and little touches, such as robes, slippers, umbrellas, big beach towels and oil burner in room, as well as DVD library.
The beds - so comfortable!
Like the in-pool bars and deluxe villa accommodation.
Pleasant staff who are helpful and smile without being over-friendly.

Location is just on White Sand Beach!!! In the middle of country life and calmness of beaches.
Great infinity pool with sun beds near it.
Big bathroom with walk-in shower and bath-tub.
Free parking for motorbike, or car.
WiFi was OK (At least it was in my villa).
Fresh fruits served in room every day.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Good breakfast wit

Gym was small, but I never met there anyone, thou the check-list was filled with names. -
Kacha Resort has the best place at Whitesand beach. We stayed at
Hillside which is no problem. You can use both swimming pools and
breakfast is at the beachside restaurant. Also crossing the not very
busy street was easy as there is security staff helping 24hrs.

Absolutely fabulous hotel! The setting is on a river rather than
directly on the beach, this is reached by taking a kayak or being
ferried on the hotel boat. The rooms are light, modern and spacious and
the plunge pools was a god-send on a hot day. Breakfast is served down
by the river which is really scenic. -

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel for 6 days. It was very calm and romantic. Nice bungalow and a green area around the hotel with coconut palms. Easy to get to the fishing village - road takes only some 5 minutes for 50 baht. They also offer a thai massage for 300 bahts on swimming pool area. It is really good. Personal is very very helpful,

Nice quiet location right on the beach. Away from the tourist area. Meals were excellent and reasonably value for money. Plenty of shells and coral to collect on the beach. Be careful at Bangkok Airport in relation to the transfer from Trat Airport to Koh Chang. A guy at Bangkok Airport wanted to charge us ฿570 each way. However there is a lady sitting at a desk beside the Car Hire Counter at Trat Airport and she charged us ฿400 each, each way, so be careful. The ferry had a good bar and

Very spacious, clean room, comfortable bed, efficient a/c. QUIET! Beautiful garden within the area of the resort with a swimming pool and jacuzzi, live music every evening in the restaurant. Very helpful and friendly staff. Mini bar prices very low. Good breakfast. Cheap restaurants around with excellent pad thai :) -

Very nice and pleasant stay for relax to injoy the birds ,sea and sounds of water. ... very nice staff very friendly and always smiling. ... a specially for breakfast! Really nice breakfast!!! :-) it was very good combination to stay there specially to combination with our yoga seminar for that we came to Koh Chang! Bravo! :) -

This hotel was amaizing. Good location with many shops, bars and
services around, but not very noisy. Hotel stuff very polite and
helpfull, we were suprised. Hotel has paradise garden with beautiful
trees, flowers and garden pond with water lilies surrounding the hotel,

Great hotel and facilities. Large rooms, nice bathrooms. Overall very nice hotel. We stayed for 9 nights in october, which is still the low-season, so the hotel was only at 50% capacity or so, which meant there was plenty of space at the pool, breakfast etc... Might be a little more crowded in high season. Staff were very friendly and swiftly came to clean up a few spots they had missed when we checked in. The Breeze Spa was also really good, very relaxing.
