Flexibility and service
Hotel billing is not good. I paid partially first time and during 2Nd time, previous payment they missed and I remember them.
The location is great, near the skytrain station. The friendly staff always available to help.
For the price you can't go wrong. The rooms are a bit dated but they are clean and equipped with a safe and a TV with a range of English channels. Above all the location is superb for all the bars but at the same time it is very quiet.
