The Casa San Jose is a fantastic small hotel. It has been the family home of the owner for over 30 years and is filled with beautiful old furniture and objets d'art. The house is built round a typical Cordoban patio and is spacious and very comfortable. You are asked to make yourself at home.The breakfast is excellent and varied with fresh fruit and an ample Continental breakfast. The owners are friendly and helpful. They gave excellent advice about places to eat and exploring the local area.

The hotel emailed us the day before arrival with very detailed
directions so we were able to find the hotel easily. The reception staff
was very gracious and welcoming offering us cool beverages as we checked

Chic, boutique hotel in fantastic location in the old town, only steps away from the Cathedral. Staff friendly with excellent English. Tastefully decorated individually designed rooms made a change from the stereotype and the complimentary bowl of fruit was a nice touch. Very clean; staff very attentive; breakfast excellent. The view from the rooftop terrace is amazing and even more magical after dark.

We were made very welcome with our two dogs and had a suite downstairs - spacious and with direct access to the gardens. Great countryside views. The pool area is great and it would have been good if we could have stayed longer but we were en route back to the UK. We very much enjoyed the charm of the Molino and look forward to returning one day. -
the owners and their staff are very friendly without coming to close. they are very generous : a free drink, prices of the food very reasonably and the dinner was very good. Wonderfull wine at 1,50 euros a glass ! . Nice swimming pool and a very large authentic room. It was the suite, near the swimming pool. When the weater is ok we could easily stay there or 5 days.

While traveling, you were a: solo traveler young couple mature -
Perfect location and good room. I parked in the Mezquita parking which
was cheaper and meant I didn't have to drive into the Jewish
quarter. If you want to use the parking of the hotel, I suggest to keep
your car outside the Jewish quarter close to the Alcazar/ Calle Dr.
Fleming, walk a few meters and await the instructions of the hotel
before driving into the small streets. The entrance is 'blocked by a
rope, however this seems to be meant to keep tourists out of the
çourtyard. I did not have

This small, unusual, aesthetically beautiful and thoughtfully designed
boutique hotel -- almost like a club -- reflects the singular vision of
its owner and proprietor, Gerardo Holgado Manzanares, a Cordoba native.
The rooms are exactly as pictured -- ours was a large, extremely
comfortable double on the second floor. Gerardo himself is a wonderful
host -- simpatico, gentil, amusing, knowledgable -- who recommended
wonderful, non-touristic restaurants and was otherwise quite helpful.

Wonderfull cool patio where we had our own breakfast and dinner. Well furnished kitchen with washing-machine, and a washing line on the roof. A lady staff member had a very good command of English.
