Room had tv (with English channels), quality wifi, hotel interior and exterior so nice. After checking in we thought about staying in our room rather than going outside. It was that good. Shuttle service to and from Airport was very welcome. Shuttle came within minutes of calling. Dropped us at the airport for our early morning flight as well. The room was very nice, quite and well designed. - Close to airport as we needed, away from the center though! Nice place, underground parking- NOT free which i feel is wrong in that area and parking being on site.

Stayed here twice..flying to Marrakech and on the return flight back to
Madrid stayed overnight to fly out the next morning to the states. Very
clean..had a problem with ac n after several complaints the manager
moved us to a room where the ac was working. Decent food..but next door
is a supermercado which is nice and we bought a bottle of Frangel

Breakfast was amazing starting from 4:00 am which is great for
passengers taking early flights.
I was given a room with poor internet connection which I really needed, when I requested another room for this reason I was given another one at once without any hassle and even the receptionist suggested if the problem persisted in the new room to tell him and he will connect me to the internet provider support directly. I was really impressed. The new room had very strong reception.

Le Lit "MY BED" est excellent - The bed and bathroom. And the hotel always smelt lovely and clean. Disabled facilities were great. - Very, naturally friendly people at reception. Seldom nowadays.
